Awesome stay for my bday!
The staff surprised me with a cute birthday setup in my room, super lovely! The suite was cozy, and the bathtub was fun. We enjoyed some bites by the pool, but man, those pools were chilly from the storms. Luckily, that didn't ruin the fun.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool was incredible, and we loved biking to Cenote Crystal and Cenote Calavera for some fun adventures. The staff was super friendly and provided great suggestions. Just know the roads around the hotel are a bit rough, but it adds to the charm. Totally recommend this spot for a chill getaway.
The only downside was the poor road conditions around the hotel. You’ll need a bigger vehicle to navigate.

The stay lasted three nights in a Suite King With Balcony and Pool View, and we truly appreciated the friendly and exceptionally helpful front desk staff. Each day brought delightful towel art from housekeeping, enhancing the overall experience. However, the road conditions made accessing the hotel a bit challenging, and the lack of nearby food options forced us to drive around town. Despite these minor inconveniences, the welcoming atmosphere and the option to rent bikes provided a unique charm to our getaway.
